Angelika Kozuch – Hygienist

Since qualifying from King’s College with a dual qualification in dental hygiene and therapy, Angelika has been with the Smile Architect Team, and we consider ourselves lucky to have her! Angelika maintains an impressive academic record – including a Master’s degree in biology from Krakow University and an award for ‘Best Student’ in Hygiene Clinical Skills in her year at Kings – and she is able to bring these skills to Smile Architect to ensure that the best treatment is always offered to patients. Furthermore, as a member of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists, Angelika shows an ongoing commitment to attending regular courses and seminars to ensure that all her knowledge and techniques are at the forefront of modern dental practice.
Fortunately, Angelika’s academic prowess is equally matched by her ‘hands on’ skills; with six years of dental practice including a strong foundation in dental nursing, Angelika builds a gentle rapport with patients and is a master at putting the most anxious patients at ease.

When not in the practice, Angelika devotes her time to her young son Alex, and tries to grab whatever free time she can ever find to improving her skills as a developing amateur painter.

Nadia Begum – Hygienist/Therapist

Nadia graduated in 2017 from the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute with a dual qualification in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy with the Royal College of Surgeons.

She has a wealth of experience in caring for a wide range of patients from simple hygiene, to complex restorative and periodontal disease. She particularly enjoys educating her patients on all aspects of their oral health, giving tailor made oral hygiene instructions, and providing a gentle but thorough treatment in a relaxing and calm environment. She initially studied biochemistry at university so prides herself in practising scientific evidence-based dentistry, and keeping up to date with all guidelines and scientific developments with a view to keeping her patients under the best care. She has also completed further training with a postgraduate diploma in aesthetic and restorative dentistry. As a dental therapist, Nadia enjoys recreating anatomy, function and aesthetics in posterior teeth whilst maintaining a positive, pain-free experience to her patients.

In her spare time she has a keen interest in oil painting and photography.

Vaida Butkute – Practice Manager

Vaida is a Dental Practice Manager at Smile Architect, a qualified dental nurse, and a student of Human Resources & Psychology. She believes that following dreams can give purpose to one’s life.

After completing her Business Management degree in Lithuania, she relocated to London and was inspired to change her career path. She joined a dental practice and soon realized that she immensely enjoyed her new profession. Since then, Vaida has never seen a dull day. She maintains her team at Smile Architect is “the best” and works by philosophy of “ the patient is the first priority”.

In her free time, Vaida loves spending time with her daughter, traveling, cycling, reading, and trying out her photography skills.

Deborah Abrahao – Nurse

Deborah always had a passion for dentistry. After graduating as a Dentist in Brazil she worked for a year as a dentist before she relocated to the UK with her husband. Deborah is still passionate about dentistry and joined Smile Architect initially as a Trainee Dental Nurse. With her wide knowledge of dentistry, she has rapidly progressed and is now not only a Registered Qualified Dental Nurse but also became our Lead Dental Nurse. Deborah always puts patients’ interests as her first priority and always ensures that our patients receive first-class care.

In her free time, she enjoys a good book, going on holidays, and spending time with her family.

Alina Katiliute – Dental Nurse

Alina is a dedicated and skilled Qualified Dental Nurse who joined Smile Architect in 2021. With a genuine passion for helping others, she has found her calling in dentistry and takes pride in providing compassionate care to all her patients. Alina embraces the diversity of her work and enjoys the challenge of learning something new every day, which helps her to continuously improve the patient experience. She is committed to staying current with the latest advancements in dentistry and values ongoing learning opportunities that enable her to deliver exceptional care. At Smile Architect, Alina goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients receive the highest quality care possible. She finds great satisfaction in seeing the positive impact her work has on her patients’ lives.

When she’s not at work, Alina enjoys spending time with friends and staying active by participating in gym classes. She also has a love for travel and exploring new places, which allows her to gain new perspectives and experiences that she can bring back to her work.

Manisha Bashyal – Dental Nurse

Manisha, originally from Nepal, relocated to the United Kingdom in 2023. With a year of dedicated experience as a dental nurse, she has cultivated a profound passion for dentistry. Manisha demonstrates exceptional proficiency in chairside assistance, infection control, and meticulous patient record management. Her attention to detail and collaborative nature make her a valuable asset to Smile Architect team.

Outside of her professional life, Manisha enjoys culinary pursuits, music, and exploring new destinations. Her commitment to professional growth extends beyond dentistry, as she remains informed about the latest advancements across various fields.

Florencia Aspiroz – Trainee Dental Nurse

Florencia is a dedicated trainee dental nurse with a diverse background in both education and professional experience. Originally from Argentina, she pursued studies in Biotechnology, which provided her with a strong foundation in scientific principles relevant to healthcare. Before transitioning to the dental field, Florencia worked as a stewardess in Argentina, where she developed exceptional interpersonal skills.

After relocating to London to live with her husband, exciting new opportunities emerged for Florencia, including the chance to begin her career at Smile Architect. She is thrilled to be part of such a reputable practice and eager to apply her knowledge and skills to contribute effectively to the team.

In her spare time, Florencia enjoys travelling, reading, and playing tennis. She looks forward to growing within this dynamic field and providing excellent care to their patients.

Accessibility to care

We understand this can be difficult, our appointments are in high demand. This website has been created in part to help with this aspect of your care. You will find contact information to help you access care and a new virtual consultation facility to allow you to make contact and discuss treatment options at a time that suits you without committing to travel. Physical access is equally vital. Though our clinic is located on the second floor we have lift access in addition to stairs and ramps to allow easy access for less mobile patients.

Quality Assurance

The team undertakes hundreds of hours and hours of postgraduate education every year to continually improve overall care, the level of treatment provided and the options available. We always welcome your feedback on your treatment and for many aspects of treatment, there are guarantees given.

Fees

We are quite open about fees. There are guide fees and a price list (link) available. As a clinical director, it is my responsibility to ensure that fees are reflective of the value of your care. I absolutely believe that there is only one way to look after people, and that is properly. I am not prepared to compromise on your health, and this demands both time and quality. Quality is our primary focus. Fees do vary according to the circumstance of the case and specific fees are available on request, and always before treatment is undertaken. Where fees are shown on this site, they are for guidance only.

We can also offer guidance about where to seek finance when required. However, I prefer the clinicians simply offer you all the treatment options and clear prices, this frees you to seek suitable finance and information from suitably trained individuals with no direct tie to our professional services.
